These instructions also apply to Alankar Riyaz and Sarali Varisai Studio, which use your Sacred Bansi account. You can open this page from the practice app's Account → Delete account option.
How to request deletion
- Email nishantsdivate@gmail.com from the email address registered with your Sacred Bansi Academy account.
- Use the subject “Sacred Bansi Academy Account Deletion”.
- State that you want your account and associated personal data permanently deleted.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request. After verification, we will delete your account and eligible associated information, including your profile, authentication account, enrolment/access records and private messages.
Information that may be retained
For practice apps, eligible server records include your authentication profile, membership/access records and complimentary-access association. Personal exercises, favourites, custom ragas and corrections are stored on your device: clear app or browser storage to remove these copies. Exported files must be deleted separately.
Cancel renewal separately: deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. In Google Play, open Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions and cancel the relevant app. For website subscriptions, use your subscription management controls or contact us.
Limited records may be retained only where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or security purposes. Any retained information will be protected and deleted when the applicable retention requirement ends.
